Dr. Jamie Reynolds, orthodontist and founder of Reynolds Orthodontics

Meet Dr. Jamie Reynolds

Dr. Reynolds takes a modern, patient-first approach to orthodontics, combining advanced technology with efficient treatment systems to deliver exceptional results. Known for his work in high-tech and accelerated orthodontics, he focuses on creating personalized treatment plans that fit each patient’s lifestyle while reducing treatment time and visits.

Dr. Reynolds earned his undergraduate and dental degrees from the University of Michigan and his orthodontic specialty degree from the University of Detroit Mercy. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, a Certified Damon Educator, and a nationally recognized speaker who has been featured in major publications and consistently named a Top Orthodontist.

Dr. Reynolds is one of the most renowned and respected authorities in orthodontics with an unrivaled dedication to philanthropy, education, and the advancement of orthodontic treatment. He lives in the Detroit area with his family and can be found bumming around a beach volleyball court, trying his best at wake surfing, or traveling.

Meet Dr. Jenn Bonamici

Dr. Jennifer Bonamici takes a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to orthodontic care, focusing on creating personalized treatment plans that deliver both functional and aesthetic results. She is committed to making each patient feel comfortable and informed throughout their journey, using modern techniques and technology to ensure efficient, high-quality outcomes for patients of all ages.

Dr. Bonamici is a board-certified orthodontist with an impressive academic background. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Biology from Michigan State University, graduating in the top 1% of her class, before completing her dental degree at the University of Detroit Mercy, where she received the National Award of Excellence for her commitment to patient care. She then completed her orthodontic residency at the University of Minnesota, where she was elected class representative and further developed her expertise in advanced orthodontic treatment.

Originally from Grosse Ile, Michigan, Dr. Bonamici is proud to serve the Metro Detroit community. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Benjamin, and staying active through golf, travel, and outdoor activities. Whether she is trying new recipes or exploring local restaurants, she brings the same warmth and enthusiasm into her practice, creating a welcoming and positive experience for her patients.

Dr. Jensen Pecora, orthodontist at Reynolds Orthodontics

Meet Dr. Jensen Pecora

Dr. Jensen Pecora takes a compassionate, patient-first approach to orthodontics, focusing on building strong relationships and delivering personalized treatment for every smile. She is committed to using evidence-based techniques and modern technology to create efficient, comfortable experiences while achieving beautiful, lasting results for patients of all ages.

Dr. Pecora earned her Bachelor of Arts in Health Policy from the University of Michigan–Dearborn before completing her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at Midwestern University. During dental school, she held leadership roles as President of both the College of Dental Medicine and the Orthodontics Club, and was selected for the ADEA Academic Dental Careers Fellowship Program. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Orthodontics from Seton Hill University and remains actively involved in professional organizations including the ADA, AAO, MAO, and MDA.

Originally from Novi, Michigan, Dr. Pecora is proud to serve the community that helped shape her. Having once been a patient at the practice, she understands the impact a confident smile can have. Outside the office, she enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, cooking, and spending time outdoors. She also values time with family and friends and enjoys relaxing at home with her two cats.

Leaders in Philanthropy

At Reynolds Orthodontics, giving back is central to who we are. Through Project Mariposa, we have created a philanthropic program that donates orthodontic scholarships to individuals and families who might not otherwise afford care. We believe a confident smile can transform lives by boosting self-esteem, opening new opportunities, and enhancing well-being. Combining our passion for orthodontics with community commitment, we proudly make a lasting impact beyond our practice. Also, with our Season of Giving, we donate a portion of new patient starts each month to charities close to our hearts. We change our uniforms to raise awareness for these causes and show which charity we support that month.
